Livonia New Build Development

Haggerty Square - A 10-acre new build development including 2 retail buildings totaling 32,000 sf and 2 apartment buildings totaling 258,000 sf.  These 3 story residential buildings include 200 units, an in-ground pool, shared space, and resident parking garages. As Project Manager / Designer for Biddison Architecture I used AutoCAD to create schematic design documents and presented concepts to the client.
